This course could be an ideal starting point in implant dentistry for your associate or colleague who confers with you or refers to you and needs more knowledge in implant dentistry. This intensive format is an ideal learning forum for delegates who wish to participate in a course over 6 consecutive days

Course content:

Examination and treatment planning Dealing with the patient within the practice Anatomy, physiology Biomaterials Sterility Surgical templates Surgical techniques (to include bone augmentation and advanced surgical techniques) Implant impression techniques Jaw registration Articulation Periodontal consideration (to include maintenance protocol and guided tissue regeneration) Connecting teeth to implants Literature review

Course Benefits:

There will be two 'live' surgical placement of implants, a 'live' exposure of implants and impression techniques through to the final fit of definitive restorations throughout the week. There is also a hands-on session on the surgical, prosthetic and laboratory phases, and the delegates will attend a CT Scan appointment with one of the patients on the course.
