ADI CASE OF THE MONTH

The Association of Dental Implantology cordially invites its members to view and submit clinical case studies related to implant dentistry. The ADI hopes that its esteemed members will extend their valuable contributions to the scientific content of our platform by sharing an 'ADI Case of the Month' for use across all of our social media platforms, newsletters, and a dedicated webpage.

Case study specifications

  • The case study should include information about the clinical condition before treatment, the treatment undertaken, the outcome of treatment, and a brief reflection.
  • The treatment protocols should follow UK best practice guidelines wherever possible, and the rationale for any treatment that doesn't must be justified.
  • The case study must be submitted electronically via the ADI website. Its size is limited to four pages of A4, and the number of clinical photographs is limited to 10, radiographs are unlimited.
  • Ensuring appropriate signed consent from the patient is not just a formality; it's a crucial step in maintaining ethical practices. If the ADI decides to publish your case study, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all data protection and consent rules have been fully complied with, safeguarding the patient's privacy.

The case study will be assessed by a member of the ADI board and committees before being included on the ADI website.

For the case studies posted, the ADI will include them in an 'ADI Case of the Month' section of the ADI website. We will also share them on our social media platforms and monthly ADI member and non-member newsletters. As a token of appreciation for accepted case studies, we are pleased to offer you a special 30% discount on an upcoming ADI event of your choice, not including the ADI Team Congress.

The ADI will publish a maximum of twelve case studies annually (from January to December). Each author will only be published once per year.

This is not just an opportunity to share your work but also to enhance your professional profile. By submitting a case study, you are contributing to the scientific content of our platform and gaining recognition among your peers.
