Critical appraisal of literature, Seminar and Hands on

Day 1: Bone Plate technique ( Khoury) - 3D Bone grafting
Day2: Block bone grafting (Symphysis + Ramus) - Predictable
Day3: The management of Atrophic Maxilla ( Sinus lift & Grafting)
Day 4: Bone Manipulation ( Ridge expansion and Sinus floor manipulation)

Aims & Objectives

To provide training for clinical application in the management of bone deficiencies to assure predictable outcomes
Pharmacological and surgical management of the patient to eliminate pain, Oedema and infection
Skill development to refine surgical techniques to optimise outcomes.
Identifying appropriate biomaterials

Event Content

Techniques in the management of all types of bone deficiencies ( Narrow ridges, Insufficient height and Three dimensional deficiencies)
Hands on training including the use of
1. Manual condensers, expanders and magnetic mallet
2. Surgical handpieces with conventional burs & diamond discs
3. Piezo surgery
4. Use of microsurgical instruments
