Further details about this event

In this masterclass, delegates will have the opportunity to explore the techniques and skills required to perform excellent anterior implant surgery.

Various techniques will be investigated, including discussions around modern techniques such as immediate implant dentistry and “socket shield”.

Colin will discuss planning, imaging, surgical procedure design, and pre- and post-operative routines will be discussed in detail.

There will be ample room for a full and frank discussion of the above, together with materials and instrumentation.

We anticipate this Masterclass will go beyond The Campbell Academy's 3-day Aesthetic Implant Lives Skills Course and give delegates a deeper understanding of aesthetic implant surgery.

Aims & Objectives

- Have a deeper understanding of the planning process for aesthetic implant dentistry and how to identify problems before they exist.

- Look deeper into CBCT imaging for anterior aesthetic cases, what to look for, and how to use this to translate to better surgical procedures.

- Have a complete discussion around pre-operative and post-operative procedures to improve patient outcomes in aesthetic implant dentistry.

- A detailed look at the current materials recommended for anterior aesthetic cases and thorough work in this area.

- Discuss flap design and incision technique.

- Discuss suturing techniques.

- Delegates will review multiple cases to gain the maximum level of learning from the course.

- There is significant room for group discussion to cement the learning process.
