Join Manraj and Ricky for an immersive, hands-on workshop on 'Guided Implant Planning Using CoDiagnostiX'. This session is tailored for dental professionals looking to explore the principles of implant treatment planning, with a strong focus on hands-on training, using CoDiagnostiX software to plan sigle-tooth cases.

This workshop will cover both the technical and clinical advantages of a digital workflow, making it clear how each digital step can aid clinicians, technicians and patients-saving time, increasing precision, ensuring predictable outcomes and enhancing professional-to-patient communication. You will master the tools available for digital workflow in implant dentistry, following a sytematic approach from intraoral scanning (digital impressions) through 3D planning software and 3D printing, all the way to guided surgery. This will empower you to place implants in a highly planned, technologicaly advanced and safer manner.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the files and data required for effective impant planning with CoDiagnostiX, serving as the primary Platform for exploring these concepts. Biography

Dr Manraj Kalsi

Dr Kalsi graduated from Leeds Dental institute in 2016 and completed his vocational training in West Sussex. Following this, Manraj worked across South West London and Surrey, gaining experience in NHS and private Dentistry. During this time, he also completed the membership exam for the Royal College of Surgeons, England (MJDF RCS Eng) and the Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Dental Care with Distinction at the University of Kent.

In 2022, Manraj completed his Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry in Periodontology at Bart’s and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. In the same year he also passed the Specialty Membership in Periodontics exams from both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh as well as being awarded the prestigious Diplomate in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Following the completion of his Periodontology specialty training, Manraj is currently undertaking specialty training in Prosthodontics at the renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute.

Dr Ricky Bhopal

Ricky graduated as a dentist from the University of Manchester with BDS Honours in 2014 and was the recipient of the prestigious Charles H Preston prize medal. Ricky attained multiple awards and prizes for achieving; the highest in finals, highest overall student over the 5 year Dentistry course, distinction in case presentations and was also awarded the outstanding academic achievement award for being in the top 0.5% of students at the University of Manchester.

Since qualifying, Ricky has had a range of experience in both dental practices and in hospitals. He worked as an Oral & Maxillofacial Senior House Officer at Northampton General Hospital, where he developed his oral surgery skills. He went on to gain Membership in Faculty of Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2015. Ricky achieved a Diploma in Endodontology (Root canals) in 2016 before embarking on a 4 year specialist program in the field of prosthodontics at Guy's Hospital/ King's College London.

During his specialism, Ricky developed a passion for providing crowns, bridges, dentures and all aspects of implant dentistry. Ricky graduated from his specialist training with Distinction and is one of the few specialist prosthodontists in the UK who has passed membership with both Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and England. Ricky's commitment to the dental profession is displayed through his enthusiasm for teaching and works as a mentor to young dentists as well as teaching on an implant course.
