ADI election results - New board members elected

The outcomes of the ADI trustee elections are now in, and we wish to extend our congratulations to those members chosen to serve as Trustees on the ADI Board for the next three years.

We also wish to thank all the nominees for putting themselves forward for the available roles and the enthusiasm and commitment they demonstrated.

The results were as follows:

  • Kristina Vaitelyte, Technical Rep
  • Abdulwahab Zidan, Regional Rep for East Central England
  • Kareem Siddiqui, Regional Rep for North East England
  • Amit Mistry, Regional Rep for North West England
  • Joanna Sutcliffe, Regional Rep for South West England
  • Kasia Gurzawska-Comis, Academic/Education Rep
  • Faresh Desai, Regional Rep for West Central England
  • Manraj Kalsi, Regional Rep for South East England
  • Fiona McKillop, Regional Rep for London
  • Leanne Branton, Regional Rep for Scotland
  • Raid Ali, Regional Rep for Wales
  • Andrew Little, Regional Rep for Northern Ireland

All other Trustee roles remain with the current incumbents.

The ADI and its Trustees thank all members for their participation in this election. Those elected will have the opportunity to make a unique contribution to ADI strategy and governance using their unique skills and experience, whilst learning from other dedicated and enthusiastic Trustees. 

Representation of an organisation’s membership is essential for ensuring that everyone’s voices are heard. This is particularly important in work and educational settings, as those making decisions will have an impact on the experience of all. The Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) Board is comprised of a nationally elected body of dentists, dental care professionals, and dental technicians. Members of the Board volunteer their time to meet regularly to develop and implement a strategy for the ADI.

The ADI thrives and grows thanks to the active interest and involvement of its Membership. By taking part in this election and all the other activities we offers we provide for you, you are making an invaluable contribution to the future success of the Association.
