TIMINGS

Registration will open at 08:00 and the programme will finish at 17:00. A drinks reception follows the event and delegates are all invited to attend.

Bookings should be done online.

The booking fee includes the education programme, tea and coffee breaks, a hot buffet lunch and a drinks reception.

WiFi is free for delegates to access.

CATERING

A buffet lunch will be served in the  as well as tea and coffee breaks and a drinks reception.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations will be accepted in writing until Friday 21 February 2025 and are subject to an administrative charge of £30. After this date no refunds can be guaranteed.

ACCREDITATION

This event will attract 8 hours of enhanced CPD and a certificate of attendance will be available to download after the event.

TRANSPORT

By road: London Regent’s Park NCP car park is on Carburton Street (W1W 5EE) approximately five-minutes’ walk from the RCP.

By rail/underground: The RCP is a five-minute walk from Regent’s Park and Great Portland Street stations and approximately 15 minutes from Euston Station. Various buses also run near the venue. See www.tfl.gov.uk for details.

Rooms are available at the four-star Melia White House Hotel, Albany Street, Regent’s Park, London NW1 3UP, which is a five-minute walk from the RCP.
